Business Coaching for IFS Practitioners
You got trained to do the work. The business side is a different skill set, and the trainings do not cover it.
I help IFS practitioners get clear on who they serve, build a website that holds up, and get found in search by the people looking for exactly what they do.

Most of the practitioners I talk to are stuck in two places at once.
The first one is technical. They can describe the work beautifully in a session and not at all on a webpage. There is no path for a stranger to find them, and nobody ever taught them how to build one.
The second one is the part people do not expect to be working on in a business conversation. Somewhere in there is a part that does not want to be visible. A part that undercharges. A part that is certain the site has to be perfect before anyone can see it. You can hand someone a flawless plan and they will not touch it while that part is in the driver's seat.
I work on both. We do the technical work, and when the thing in the way is internal, we treat it like any other parts work, with the same calm, curious, compassionate attention you would bring to a client. Most business coaches would not go there with you, and that is reasonable, it is not what they trained for. I did.
Two places people start
You're early
You finished your training, or you are in it now, and you are building from nothing. No niche yet, no brand, no site.
We start with who you want to work with and what you want to be known for, then build the brand and the site on top of that. If you still need the IFS education, I teach that too, and we can run both at the same time.
You've been at this a while
You have clients, maybe years of them, and the way you present yourself no longer matches the work you actually do.
We reposition it. Usually that means a sharper niche, rewritten pages, and real SEO so the right people land on the right page.
What I take on
Every person gets a different mix. Some want all of it. Some want one piece.
Niche and brand
Who you work with, what you help them with, and the words you use for it. This comes first because everything else sits downstream of it.
Website build
A full site, built for you. You do not have to learn a page builder or hire anyone else.
SEO
The part most practitioners skip. Getting your pages to rank for what people type when they are looking for help, not just for your name.
Strategy and pricing
What you offer, what you charge, how people book, and what happens after they do.
Confidence and visibility
The parts that get loud when it is time to charge more, publish the page, or say plainly who you are. We work with those directly.
What I've built
I was trained by the IFS Institute in 2014 and started building a business online the same year. Everything on internalfamilysystems.org is mine: the site, the copy, the SEO, the email, the funnels. In March it was getting 369 visits a month from Google search. In September it got 632, and the average position across the site moved from 14.4 to 12.1. One post brings in 106 of those visits on its own.
That is twelve years of doing this, and most of what I know came from getting it wrong first. I do the same work for other practitioners now, and it moves a lot faster with someone who has already made the mistakes.
How it works
- Fill out the application. It is long on purpose. I read all of it before we talk.
- Pick a time for a 20 minute call. We go through what you sent, and I tell you what I think would move your practice.
- If it makes sense to work together, I put together a plan and a price for your situation. If it does not, I will say so and tell you what I would do instead.
