The Self-Led IFS Community

Parts work is inner work — and it goes better with company. Two live group calls a month, a library of real sessions, and people doing the same brave work.

Every post gets a response. Every call is recorded. You can be as visible or as quiet as your system wants.

A place to practice, not just learn

I teach IFS in programs, and programs are beautiful — and the work itself is a practice that keeps going long after any course ends. The community is the container I host for that practice: a place to bring whatever came up this week, ask the question you can't quite work through alone, watch how I actually facilitate this work in real sessions, and be around people who are meeting their parts the same way you are.

The whole thing runs on the same qualities the work does — calm, curiosity, and compassion. Bring your questions. Bring your parts. Or just come sit with us for a while and listen.

What's inside

  • Two live group calls each month — 1st & 3rd Saturdays, 10 AM Central. Bring a question, work with your parts live with me, or simply be with us. Nobody is ever put on the spot.
  • The full Session Library — every recorded call and real 1:1 IFS sessions, with session notes, so you can watch how the work actually goes rather than just reading about it.
  • Early access to new YouTube videos — you see the teaching before it goes public.
  • Weekly practice prompts and a monthly theme — small, doable invitations that keep your parts work moving between calls.
  • A feed where every post gets a response — from me or from people walking the same path. No post disappears into the void.

Is this your place?

The community is for people practicing IFS on themselves — whether you're going through one of my programs, working from the books and videos, or finding your own way in. You don't need experience, and you don't need to have it figured out. Showing up is the practice.

A signpost, because it matters: the community is educational and supportive — it is not therapy, and it isn't built to hold crisis or severe trauma on its own. If that's where you are, the right support is a licensed professional; the community can sit alongside that care rather than take its place. Never go faster than the slowest part.

Try it free for a week.
