Join our first in-person live group work in Austin, TX in the tranquility room of Casa De Luz on February 21st from 10 AM - 12 PM CST. We will be learning IFS basics, practicing self-led IFS therapy techniques and Conor will demo a live IFS session with a participant.

IFS education for all! 

Our online weekend training fits busy schedules: Saturdays 10 AM–2 PM CST and Sundays 10 AM–12 PM CST (6 class hours + 1 hour weekly membership engagement).

It blends lectures with practicum, including workshops, role-playing, and hands-on IFS application in scenarios. Sundays include a 1-hour live demo with a volunteer, followed by debrief and Q&A.

Limited to 30 participants, you'll get personalized support from three facilitators. Access space for ongoing Q&A and content; upon completion, earn a certificate and directory listing for IFS services.
