In this online course you will learn

In this online course, you will learn to map your inner world through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS), discovering protectors like resistance, distraction, boredom, and dissociation, as well as vulnerable exiles carrying pain, grief, fear, or shame, all while connecting to your core Self energy. You'll explore how breathwork shifts consciousness, regulates the nervous system, and facilitates gentle access to these parts, starting with foundational practices like breath awareness, body scans, and standing awareness exercises. Guided sessions, including short connected breathwork with holds and longer altered-state journeys, will teach you to approach these parts with curiosity, compassion, and gratitude rather than frustration, using reflective questions to identify their names, bodily sensations, emotional tones, and needs. Journaling prompts will help you delve deeper, noticing how protectors show up in daily life—such as self-doubt, perfectionism, or avoidance—and what they protect, while setting intentions and witnessing exiles without overwhelming them.

Building on these insights, the course emphasizes integration and ongoing self-care, guiding you through navigating common experiences like tingling, dizziness, or emotional releases during full breathwork rounds with variations. You'll recap the parts system, learn to meet all aspects of yourself with acceptance and love, and conclude with grounding meditations, full-body scans, and daily check-ins to listen for lingering emotions, sensations, and messages from your system. Post-session reflections and rituals, such as journaling about arisen parts, shifted intentions, or subtle changes, will support non-linear integration, encouraging rest, nature time, or warm baths. Ultimately, you'll cultivate a compassionate relationship with your inner world, fostering safety, strength, and the worthiness of every part for lasting personal growth.

60 Minute Session with Michel

SESSION NOTE: Many clients seek therapy after recognizing a gap between what they understand intellectually and what they continue to experience in their daily lives. While insight can be valuable, lasting change often requires accessing and updating deeper emotional patterns that operate outside of conscious awareness. My approach is experiential and integrative, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Coherence Therapy, and EMDR to help clients identify and work with the parts of themselves that continue to prioritize past needs for safety over present desires for change, peace, and fulfillment. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, mens work, relational difficulties, parenting, and life transitions. Our work together focuses on fostering clarity, self-trust, and alignment with present-day needs and values. Therapy is collaborative and tailored to the individual, with an emphasis on depth, emotional integration, and sustainable change.  BOOKING: After purchasing this session you will be emailed by Michel to arrange a session time. LEGAL NOTE: Please note that these sessions are offered in the capacity of a coach, not a licensed therapist or mental health professional.
