The Internal Family Systems Association was formed to promote the model of therapy developed in the 1980's by Richard C. Schwartz, PhD, known as Internal Family Systems^SM.

All persons interested in the IFS^SM model benefit from the activities of the Internal Family Systems Association. The IFSA promotes greater access to information about the model and public awareness of this form of therapy. IFSA Regional Chicago Community meetings are held quarterly in the Chicago area and are open to all interested persons. Your presence at meetings is welcomed and encouraged.
